The campsite has immaculate and warm showers and toilets, with a brilliant toilet and shower block that is very well maintained. There is also a big bath tub, shower, and toilet in the family room, which is a great amenity.

The staff are described as lovely, friendly, helpful, and always looking after the site. Visitors have had positive interactions with the staff members.

The campsite is in a good location, with easy access from the A64. It is a short taxi ride into York or a 10ish minute car journey. There is a retail park and cinema with bowling down the road, providing additional entertainment options.

There is a great little playground for kids to play at the campsite, although it can be a bit busy when the site has a lot of occupancy. The campsite also offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for families and dogs.
